I regard training as grown ups playing!
My one-hour classes are fun and tough.
The cardio/Hiit classes are fast paced, using body weight and dumbells. They are tiring on the legs and upper body. Sweating is guaranteed.
At the strength classes, you will use a bench and train all the muscle groups : legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abs of course, using different dumbbells for different exercises. I have a big selection of dumbbells so you will have the adequate weights to train hard. Very rewarding classes, you will feel every body parts the following days!
PS: I change my cardio and strength classes every time so you will never know what's coming.
All levels of fitness welcome. It's not about being the best but doing your best!
Prices are pay as you go and as follows :
€15 for 1 class/week
€25 for 2 classes/week
€35 for 3 classes/week
€45 for 4 classes/week
Places are limited so please let me know beforehand if planning on coming.

Monday - 7.15pm cardio class/ Hiit/ circuit
Tuesday - 7.15pm strength & conditioning
Wednesday - 7am strength & conditioning
- 7.15pm strength & conditioning
Thursday - 7.15pm strength & conditioning
Friday - 7am strength & conditioning
- 9.15am strength & conditioning
Saturday - 11.10am strength & conditioning
