Personal Training

Are you eager to change but you just don't know where to start? Or are you going to a commercial gym but are not getting the results? I can help you.

During your session, I will make you workout, on your own, in the privacy of my gym. I'll teach you exercises to train the whole body or go over your routine and tell you what is missing. I'll explain to you some of the fundamentals of training. We'll also talk about your lifestyle. As diet plays a major role in the way we look, I'll give you nutritional advice.  If looking for a program to perform at home or in your gym, I will provide you with a personalised exercise program to suit your habits and needs.

If intimidated by a one-to-one session, you could try my PT (Personal Training) for Two : a session for you and your friend only. It works the exact same way as a one-to-one session, with an hour of training in my gym (you will train as hard as if you were on your own with me or maybe even harder as you might want to impress your friend), diet study, nutritional advice & fitness program while in the company of your friend. A great way to catch up with your friend while doing something good for your body.
